The Night Before Implantation

I'm going to be getting a cochlear implant tomorrow at Johns Hopkins! :O) ... This should improve my hearing to the level of just a mild hearing loss! :O) ... It will take up to a year or more, though, for me to learn to hear with it and get the full benefit -- but I'm confident that I'll do really well with it! :O) ... I should be able to come home tomorrow afternoon -- Friday morning, for sure ... I'll write and let you know how it went when I feel like sitting at my computer, again! :O) ...
