Donald Duck

Since Donald Duck presented himself with Fr. Mike yesterday, he’s been speaking along with everyone else today – even my 14-month-old godson sounded like Baby Donald! So, everyone now sounds like they’re talking in a low-pitched voice, with a bad cold and their mouths full, with Donald Duck (or Baby Donald!) speaking simultaneously along with them! And I sound like Goofy and Donald speaking simultaneously! :O) ... I’m hearing more bits and pieces of music – so that I can TELL it’s music – but the WORDS/LYRICS still sound like static or monotone, drawn-out words. When I sing to myself (or to Jenda), there’s a lot of minute gaps where I don’t hear my voice at all!

I decided to go ahead and switch to the second program today ... the speech with the first program was becoming too soft. (I was outdoors at a kids’ baseball game, and tried turning up the sensitivity level -- but that just enabled me to hear the wind louder!) Sure enough, I’m hearing people’s voices better again with Program No. Two! Everything else sounds about the same as yesterday, although Jenda’s purring sounds more like static, now.
